estate industry. As an established company with a growing presence in Florida, we are seeking a highly motivated
individual to join our team as an Account Executive. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional

Job Summary
Develops and retains a quality client base of local Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Lenders, Builders and Attorneys
through the acquisition of new business and the maintenance of existing customers for assigned territory.

Major Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Identifies prospective customers using websites, on-line newspaper publications, industry ads, trade
shows, networking, and other sources and follows through with a defined sales plan
• Maintain prospective customers in CRM; monitor progress in converting from prospect to customer
• Secures new orders from new customers, builds relationships with new customers, and maintains and
grows business with existing clients
• Collaborates with the sales support department to develop content to promote in-person and social
media presence
• Creates and delivers presentations to existing clients, prospects, industry trade associations, and others
• Represents Zing Title by being highly visible in assigned territory through actively participating in
community events and professional organizations related to the local real estate and lending industries
• Interfaces daily with the escrow and sales support teams to ensure the client’s needs are met
• Achieve personal sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Maintains a professional appearance and provides a positive company image to the public
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Understands his or her market, including knowledge of the competitive landscape, and how customers
and prospects operate within
• Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and social media platforms
• 2+ years sales experience (Title Insurance or related industry preferred)
• High level of integrity and a customer service-oriented mindset
• Florida Notary (within 90 days of employment)
• Title license (preferred) If not licensed, will need to obtain in the first 180 days of employment
